Northwest Stove Installers ("we", "us", "our") operates northweststoveinstallers.co.uk (the "site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.

Quotes and enquiries submitted through this site are passed to Property360fires, a HETAS-registered installer, who will contact you to carry out any survey or installation work.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, postcode, and any details you type into the quote form.

  • Call data: calls to the number on this site may be recorded and analysed for quality and marketing, via our call-tracking provider.

  • Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site — via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where that happens, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 12 months from your last contact with us if no booking follows, and for the duration of our business relationship plus 6 years where a job is booked, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@northweststoveinstallers.co.uk to exercise any of these.

Complaints
